Eligibility: Pool pass registration is open to all Meadowlawn residents that are not in arrears on their monthly HOA assessments. In order to register, your HOA fee account must have a zero balance. Pool Hours: The pool opens Saturday May 24, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Pool hours and rules are enclosed and will also be posted at the pool. Pool Rules: The pool rules are enclosed for your review. Please ensure that all family members and guests understand and adhere to the rules for their safety and enjoyment. Security Camera System: Due to prior incidents of vandalism and late-night trespassing into the pool facility, the HOA has installed video surveillance cameras at the pool. The system will record any movement/activity at the front, sides, and rear of the pool house — including the pool deck, basketball court, playground, and fire pit. The HOA intends to seek prosecution to the fullest extent of the law and assess fines against individuals who trespass or vandalize the pool facility or other areas on the property. The entire list of Pool Rules may be viewed by clicking here. Meadowlawn HOA 2025 Pool Pass Registration Procedures Online applications for pool passes are now available. All additional documentation must be presented at the time of pool pass pick-up. The completed Meadowlawn Homeowners Association Pool Pass Application must include: Your address and phone numbers where you can be reached in case of emergency or if there are questions concerning your application. A list with the names of all household members, including the ages of all children under 18 years old. Acknowledgement of individual pass, guest pass, and/or seasonal guest pass purchases. Payment method selection. A copy of identification verifying a Meadowlawn residence is required for each adult (18 years or older) in the household who wishes to use the facility. Any adult whose last name differs from that of the main registrant must also provide supporting documentation. For tenants, a copy of the lease agreement must be presented at pick-up, including the names of all tenants and a signed RELEASE Form from the property owner. Accepted forms of payment include checks, credit cards, and cash. Passes will not be mailed out; you must pick up your pass at the Meadowlawn office during designated hours.
